Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Megan Wolfe is an artist and freelance photographer residing in Oakland, California. A “reformed realist”, Megan Wolfe created a series of realism works that focused on urban scenery before transitioning into expressive, and reductive, works of the same subject matter.
Currently, she is classified as an abstract artist. Megan Wolfe is best recognized for her drawings of pigeons, but she continues to work on her abstract series of knives and figures joking that, someday, her subjects “may meet each other”. -
