Bubble Cat

Zoë Williams creates otherworldly creatures inspired by animals, dreams, animation, and kawaii subculture. She is a pioneer of sculptural needle felt, pushing the boundaries of the medium for over a decade. Her signature white wool felt comes alive through a variety of techniques developed by the artist herself, including hand painted glass eyes and sparkling handmade resin crystals. Born in 1983 in New Orleans, Zoë Williams holds a BA in Fine Art from the University of New Orleans and a Certificate in Fiber Art from the University of Washington. Her work has been exhibited in galleries worldwide. She currently lives and works in New York City.
