What's down is up. What's unusual is usual. Perception is everything yet nothing. A time loop exists but on what plane? Is the past returning while we build the future? Are paradigms from long ago seeping into the new world we're building? This piece was created for Modern Eden Gallery's exhibition "100 Trees" shown in San Francisco in April 2022. My works are digital collages influenced by vintage and includes hidden GAN generated elements. Breathing new life and thrusting them with retroactive effect and force into our present day. A lingering taste of what once was, and what could still be while challenging concepts of our shared human experience. This piece is compatible and optimized for a PORTO Hologram unit as well as traditional digital displays. The work is accompanied by additional certification on the ethereum blockchain through Verisart.
