Carisa Swenson discovered the joys of sculpting and stitching back in 2006 and has been fashioning one-of-a-kind dolls ever since. With a focus on anthropomorphic animals, Carisa's aberrant creations are inspired by wildlife, myth, fairytales, stop-motion features and mid-century children's books. Currently residing in New York City, Carisa's dolls have been exhibited across the United States as well as internationally.
